Former Mass Effect Lead Returns to BioWare.

In a developer blog posted today, Aaryn Flynn, BioWare general manager, announced that he will be leaving the company at the end of July.

Flynn has been with BioWare for the last 17 years. He was given a position with the company right out of University, and has been working their until now.  He has been a major part of their most prominent releases. Those titles include Knights of the Old Republic and their upcoming game; Anthem. However, it seems that he will be leaving the general manager position in good hands.

Casey Hudson will be taking over as the new BioWare general manager. Hudson left the company 3 years ago and has been working as a creative director for Microsoft since hs departure. Before his departure, Hudson worked on projects such as Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and was most notably the Mass Effect series lead.

It would appear that BioWare has been making plenty of changes, particulary involving their Mass Effect Projects. Perhaps the Casey Hudson addition can right the wrongs that Andromeda created for the company, as well as lead Anthem to being a significant release.    Aaryn Flynn’s Thank You For Everything post
